I was just thinking, what if we organized a small jam session for the musical members of Vizzed? It doesn't have to be anything spectacular; just a few buddies playing music together. If it's just a few of us, we could do a Google Hangout and get video, or if it's bigger, we could do a giant Skype call or something. Any ideas?

It sounds neat, but I wonder how the time delays and lack of practicing together would affect the performance. I wonder if anything like this has been successful before. An idea would be for each person to individually record a part and for someone to combine all the parts at the end but it wouldn't be a true jam session then
I can't see past the time delays it would take when 5-6 people are connected to one call and trying to play music in sync.

How about local-ish jams? Like a PST jam, an EST jam, etc.?

I think this would be pretty fun or neat to see or hear other members doing this but I think EideticMemory has a point the time delays would be a problem.. if we could work around that I think it would be a pretty cool idea!

What do you guys think about doing something like this? I don't know if I would be able to do a video like that considering all I have is Windows Movie Maker, but we might be able to figure something out.
