For me it would be Snake Pliskin because only a complete champ knows how to catch a tidal wave on a surfboard through Loa Angeles where Snake has only used a Skateboard on a ship. Also, if Solid Snake was a real fighter he wouldn't throw himself up against Kirby in Smash Bros to make himself look tough. Snake Pliskin all the way!!
