I'd be in Ravenclaw and I think that characters from Hufflepuff are the most hilarious. (I feel sad for most of them, really.)

I, personally, think that they all have a reason to want to be in them:

Gryffindor has the nicest people and has those with "courage inside them" so being in Gryffindor would secure you with friends and mean you have courage even if you don't realise it.

Ravenclaw is for the smartest people and so being in Ravenclaw means you're smart.

Hufflepuff has their common room closest to the kitchen (Just saying) and they're the happiest and most free-willed people.
Slytherin is for those with extreme potential whether it is good or bad.

I am going to go with Grynindor as my favorite. This is because I kind of grew up with them as being an awesome house. I guess I feel the same as Slytherin, but I grew up with G as being the good guys, so they are my favorite.

I'd say I'd want to be in Gryffindor, as Slytherin has all the darkness in the plot, and I'd be with Hermione (Biggest crush as a kid). Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff weren't really shown in much detail if I'm remembering correctly, at least not in the movies or first six books. I've neither read nor watched the seventh year, couldn't get past the wedding in the book. It was just too slow without Hogwarts.

My favorite Harry Potter house if Griffindor. I like the Griffindor house because the students in it aren't as stuck up and snotty as the students from the our houses.
