I mainly love almost any rpg or adventure game. Especially ones with lots of sidequests. The reason why is because it makes the game have such a longer lifespan and also makes it more fun. But where is the simulation genre on this poll? I love simulation games almost as much as rpg or adventure games. Just a suggestion.

For me it's a mix up between adventure & rpg. I'll generally play the adventure 1st because the random battles will get too tedious after a while. It's funny that a while back I made this same thread over in Video Game Polls/ Craziness without knowing that you already had this one. (Mine's closed)

Edit: well it wasn't that long ago, just checked & it was only 2 weeks ago when I made the thread. Wow, I lose track of time.

I'm all about online tekken 6 and I like racing games, that one is sports, but what does fighting game count as sport too? I chose my username for a reason. I used to love RPGs but I haven't had that kind of time lately to devote more than an hour or so at a time to gaming and that is no way to play an RPG, not for me I gotta get absorbed.

I've played some of everything, but my least favorite are sports and shooters. Good games occur when two or more genres are combined to good effect, like Puzzle Quest. Puzzle quest has you "fighting" in tile-matching puzzles and you can buy equipment, learn skills, etc.
