Hey guys so this was inspired by Eniitan's thread suicide is not the way  in this thread this is my perspective of suicide so to me just don't do it suicide is not the was I'm not saying that suicide is a cowered act but if you commit suicide think of who you will be hurting  you will be hurting your mom, dad, sister brother friends even people that you do not know will care about you. I will miss you if you commit suicide now there are so many reasons that people commit suicide it can be because of bullying arguing with friends family ect. You go and get the pills because you know that there is no other way you think a handful will do it so you take the whole bottle and you start screaming for help and screaming for you mom to be there and hold you but shes not there and then you fade that;s it all done but its not you mom comes home and finds her baby lying on the floor dead you just killed her on the inside and your school is informed and your friends find out every night they blame themselves your brother and sister don't return to school your Facebook wall which is still up is filled with apologizes so if you know anyone who is suicidal please share this with them          

Yeah what a lot of people don't realize is that doing this will affect not just them but the people that care about them.. they say oh well this person doesn't care about me but the truth is a lot of people care about you..the thing is.. you just don't see it. It's something that I hate to see people do and I wish some would realize how much it hurts the people that care about them.

I think you give us all something to think about. 

Suicide is pretty tragic. I find it sad that Suicide has risen sharply among people aged 15-25. My last term as a college student I want to think my instructor said it is now the 3rd leading cause of death among teenagers and young adults. I find it heart breaking that bullying is driving some of this as well as undetected mental illness. I often think when I read stories could they have been saved if they had somebody to talk too or if they could have gotten help. My heart is heavy. I do not know who will read this posts but I'm going to post warning signs and tips on how to maybe save a life. 

If a person is talking a lot about death saying they want out or want to die. Talk to the person do not be afraid to ask questions like ask why do you feel this way, is something bothering you. I also emphasize that you care for the person. If it is one of your friends then privately tell a teacher if it is in grade school 

Now for warning sings 
After being depressed for a while suddenly seems happy-this could mean that a choice has been made
the person starts giving away important items to friends and other family members 
the person gets real depressed. Not everybody that is depressed is at risk but you just need to be concerned 
talks a lot about death 
withdraws from society 

Hey sonic23, I'm really glad that you shared with us about this thought. However, if it's inspired by Eniitan's thread, wouldn't it be best to post this on that thread? A lot of people already put their thoughts on that thread, why not contribute to it? I believe that more people will see how big of an issue suicide is if it is known that many people on the boards care about it.
