I also think that Batman would win. Here's why. Although Ezio is a crazy good assassin, he's still a human. Batman has such enhanced intellect and physical prowess that he's super-human. Plus Batman has all sorts of high tech gadgets that would help him win.

But since I still have the chance to post in the rare A vs B thread I would have to say it depends on how well prepared Batman is really, I mean I also don't know Ezio at all, but Batman can pretty much take down anything if he is well enough prepared, this included Superman even, then again I may be over estimating Ezio so I really have no clue here.
