A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish” “Me first! Me first!” says the administration clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” Poof! She’s gone. “Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii,relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.” Poof! He’s gone. “OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.”

Haha! This is pretty funny but real. A lot of people I know would be like Me first.. get what they wanted and then the last person to pick a wish would have authority over those people and then their wishes are gone. I find this funny but it could easily happen in reality. This really made me smile! Thanks!

That reminds me of another Me-First story. It was a children's book about a little girl who always had to be first for every thing no matter what. At some point a monster or something shows up and asks who will be first or something and the girl is all "ME FIRST ! " and so he ate her and then spared the rest of the children. 

Moral of the story was it's not always best to be first or something like that.  I don't remember a lot about it but the genie thing is pretty much true. I've heard a few variations of it and it always ends pretty hilariously.
