I need help playing some games,every time I tried to play a game I get a error saying:"Failed to download config",can anyone help me solve this problem it first happen on Google Chrome and When I tried Firefox I still get the same problem.

You should try to delete everything in your roms folder on your computer.
To get there, press the windows key + r and type in C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginDownloads

Then delete everything in that folder.
