what's up guys so today in 6th period my friend was about to lift something too heavy for him so i told him to get up its too heavy for you so he did and the bar was 60 pounds he can't lift that much and we all know if i had not turned around he would be dead and i would feel guilty so i just felt like i should share that so later

Congrats on stopping your friend from making such a mistake! It's dumb that most guys go for more weight.
If you're like me (really skinny) focus more on repetition and doing a full set without any breaks. That's much better than doing one set with a really heavy weight and hurting yourself.

He may not of died but he would of sure got hurt. There has been times when people saved my life as well.. I have drowned many times and been saved, if it wasn't for those people who saved me I would not be here now.. by the grace of God though I am because he had many more plans for me I believe. You helped a friend who needed it.  That's good.  That's something we should all do in day to day life.  It isn't something that everyone should relive and tell the world about.  You should enjoy your successes, your heroinism, your good acts, but you cheapen them when you go out and run around to tell everyone.  If you tell people, it seems like you're helping just so you can brag, not because you're a good person.
