I've been trying to find a way to officially quote someone else. My search hasn't come out successfully, though. There doesn't appear to be a single tag used to quote another user.

Is there a reason for this? I mean, I understand that we could simply use quotation marks, but I'm more used to a quote function. If there isn't one, I'll simply just place marks before and after a comment I wish to re-post.

There isn't one anymore, unfortunately. The reason why the quotation coding doesn't work anymore is because it increases word count on a post, so it's technically cheating. Especially for events such as the Tour de Vizzed, which is going on right now. So to quote someone, you would have to use the quotation marks instead.
