WTF411 : You can download Pokemon hack tools if you look it up. There is also a tutorial on Youtube that has great explanation. I think you should start with the basics first then go to advanced like change color of the cities or something..

So lets just say you downloaded Pokemon hack tools.. (Latest verson)

You probably want to start in Littleroot town.. You can add things like caves but if you don't edit other parts like movement permissions,. There should be a tab called movement permissions so go there first. There is also another tab that lets you change music name, citie's name, and much more..
