where does vizzed keep the roms from the RGR on my computer?

I really want to play Golden Axe for the Turbo Graphx CD but I closed the page too early while downloading it and caused a glitch that makes the game not work.  I tried selling it and then rebuying it but I always get the same failure to load rom message.  I was thinking if I deleted the rom from wherever the RGR puts it I could then buy the game again and let it download properly.  Only problem I can't find em.

its impossible sorry dude but you cant find them in your computer so you are out of luck sadly and it caused a glicth thats gotta be harsh maybe buy the game next time
