Asami Imai: She voiced Kurisu Makise, my favorite character of all time. Her voice is number one, and the anime was also number one. I love everything about both of them. (She is also pretty freaking good looking). :3

Jun Fukuyama: He voiced Lelouch Lamperouge, the main character of Code Geass. His voice is amazing, and the anime was also amazing, so he takes top place.

Hard to pick just one voice actor. If I had to pick one, it'd have to be Mel Blanc. Mel Blanc is probably the icon and standard everyone strives to be within the industry due to voicing the Looney Tunes characters, Barney Rubble from Flintstones, Woody Woodpecker and more.

Some notable voice actors:

Frank Welker: My god... what hasn't he done. The guy simply gets work and the range of voices he does is insane. My favorite is probably him doing the Martians from the movie Mars Attacks! I still try to imitate that "quacking" sound they do.

Tress MacNeile: Voiced several memorable characters, including Dot(Animaniacs), Babs(Tiny Toons), Chip&Gadget(Chip&Dale Rescue Rangers <- one of my favorite childhood shows), and most notable of all Agnes Skinner on Simpsons(plus many more on other classic Disney cartoon shows(Talespin, DuckTales, etc.))..

Tara Strong: She's done numerous characters that I have liked but most notable of all is that she did Raven from Teen Titans.
