I am just wondering if anyone out there is doing the science fair. Also, I would like to know what your topic is if you are doing it. I haven't been in school in a long time but I never had much of a science fair because I have spent most of my school years in Special Needs because where I have a learning disability, but everyone that is in school & doing science fair good luck on that & I hope u all do well!!

They don't actually have Science FAIRS here in my school but they do have a Science Club .. so I think the CLUB does it .. not the school ... the club does it with other clubs from other schools I think . My friends entered once ... I think they got 3rd or something .. I don't remember .

   Within elementary school, it had been mandatory to participate within a science fair. Now, within middle school, it is not required to participate, but you may. I believe there is an award if you are the victor. Considering I am not that intrigued by a science fair, I would not attend nor participate. I would prefer to work within a classroom and commit assigned labs.

I don't think there is any science fair in high school. Back in middle school though, there was a science fair for the sixth and seventh graders, and even if you didn't want to, you have to take part of it. I didn't find it interesting at all... in fact, I don't even remember what I did for them... mainly because I never actually finished them.

Nope there is not any science fair in high school and now that I am in home schooling 12th grade .. I am definatly not going to be in one. I did do a couple growing up but as for now I am sticking to other things. You have to put a lot of effort I did in the one I did in 8th grade but I lost.
