I'm trying to make an image made up of other images but I'm having trouble. I want to know how to make an image semi transparent and wonder if I can send an image to the back or front? Can I do this on paint because its the only thing I have? Can someone help me here?

With paint, you can only make a specific "transparent" colors such that it looks like one image is on top of another. That's by making a selection have a transparent background, which I can show you how to do if that's your true problem. There's no semi-transparency, though!

Otherwise, true transparency isn't feasible with Paint.

If possible, please try to get GIMP. It's free and really easy to use. It will solve your transparency problem in no time. If you can get that, I can show you how to use it.

Let me know,
