As you may already know, Rosalina & Luma have been announced for Super Smash Bros. 4 a couple days ago. Note that they are not separate playable characters.

So what do you think? Will you be using her a lot? Is this a good choice for a newcomer? Reply with your opinion on this.

I think that Rosalina seems like Olimar, but slightly more powerful. She can shoot her Luma at enemies, whom will receive damage, just like Olimar and his Pikmin. To me, she actually looks kind of hard to control, yet powerful.

It's a bit weird. Rosalina never seemed like a fighter really. She looks like she will be a cross between the Ice Climbers, and Olimar. I think she'll be hard to master, but awesome once you get her controls down.

I think it's just pushing the idea of a female in Mario that isn't helpless all the time. Think about it, Peach is kidnapped every game so far except 3D world, Daisy and whatzername from Donkey Kong were rejected by Mario, Rosalina was the only good female they had. Kart, ok, makes plenty sense. 3D World, daheck? Where'd she come from??? SSB4!?!? And World was the game where Peach WASN'T a useless load for Mario to fetch. Was there some underground team of 8 year old girls sending angry letters to miyamoto about sexism?
