I know you said PM you the answers to your questions but since I'm replying I'll answer them here:
You could read the FAQ/Help
But I'll give you the short answers.
You go up levels by posting and just by being registered(You gain exp every now and then)

To get viz, there is lots of ways, if you want heaps, quickly you can do jobs for Davideo, if you want a bit and more slowly you can just keep posting(reccomended)
There is lots of other ways so read the FAQ/Help for more info.
