Hello guys! I was new to playing Pokémon emerald rebirth and I failed to help Wally get his ralts
and now Norman won't let me fight the fifth gym battle.
I have the 4 badges he told me to get but he still wont let me fight.
He says I got stronger but that's it. Is there any way I can fix this or must I start over ??
