duncan64p : When playing N64 games on vizzed, there are two emulators to choose from when using the plugin.

Mupen64 does not allow for controller configuration when using it with the RGR. This is a known bug that hopefully gets fixed in the future. For now you just have to use whatever default is set up

So currently, you have to use the 1964 emulator if you want to configure the controls.

Also, in the future, make sure if you have RGR questions, to post it in the RGR forum. It's more likely you will get a response there.
