On vizzed retro game room games, I want to press F6 to do a screenshot, and F8 to do a video. When I press them on my windows 8 laptop, it does not work. Can you please help?

I don't have a Windows 8 laptop ( I got a good ol' Asus laptop) so this is new to me. I don't  know how new computers respond to vizzed things. Do the other controls work? Maybe you could change the controls, or ask in the Retro Game Room forum for help.
