I'm trying to retrieve my Pokemon Yellow save to use on VBA for trading but when i try to access the Plugin Data Folder, it comes up with an error saying: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."
What may be the problem?

What operating system are you using? 
I might be able to point you to the location of the folder so you can access it directly rather than thru the start menu.

But in windows 7, the default location should be C:programdatavizzed

So hit windows key+r and type that/copy-pasta that in the box that comes up.
