Fullscreen stops my gamepad

I have a Logitech f310, it works fine when I press play on FF2 or FF3 but once I set the game to full screen it stops working.
I have reset the game after, switched between d and x input, I'm obviously missing something.
I've also tried many of the video settings and the only one that works with my controller is the default one, another thing is that if I try a larger window mode I only see the top left hand corner of the game, I'm sure there is a fix for that which I will find if I can't use my gamepad in full screen.

I apologize if this has been asked, I am not tech savvy and couldn't find the search function but I would love some help.

When you go fullscreen, you have to setup your controller again.
And same if you go back to windowed.

Godless Servant : Hmm this seems like an issue with your computer/browser or something. I use that exact same model of controller and I never have that problem.

What browser are you using? I usually suggest Chrome or Firefox. I have the best luck playing games on Vizzed with those two.

What version of windows are you running?

Jordanv78 : On Windows 7 using firefox I got this same thing...It was kinda weird.

When I went to map the buttons on SNES, they did remap, but came up as different buttons.

I really can't compare my controller to anyone else's cuz I use a custom made joystick.
