This game is a breath of fresh air.It is much better than number one.I say this is one of the best Gameboy fighting ports next to Street Fighter and Killer Instinct.

Agreed imo. I'd say this is probably the best fighting game on the original gameboy. If not  It defeintly beat's mk1 on gameboy, and it beats mortal kombat 3 on gameboy they were both slow, and terrible controls/cruddy pshyics, etc.  Mortal kombat 2 is perfectly balanced, fast, and very playable.
