Hey everyone I'm here to throw in my 2 cents to help gamer, although I use to game pretty hard back in my days can't say I still do now, but i'm trying lol. Anyways if you have health issues, fitness, stress, or really any problem I can definitely help you out. a little bit about me. Names Dylan I'm Asian, I know strange name for an Asian guy, I get that a lot My field of expertise is bio-chemistry and nutrition of course i gave it all up and went into finance and business/investor But my passion is helping and mentoring kids from all ages used to mentor from high school plus+. I know a little to much of the medical field , and to much of the world to a point where it is horrifying for your average Joe. The internet used to be a great place for information, but today you some a group of people saying this and that and another ground saying this and that, what is the truth?!!?!?!? well let me help you out! No more lies, learn the truth ask away! my goal is to help you achieve your dreams and show you that education can be fun. ( i hate most school/parents/teacher because they just don't get it) feel free to private message me your question if it's to personal to post. here are some question I've been ask before i came to vizzed to play games since i work from home ![]() 1. How do i get a well paid job 2. How can i grow taller naturally/without surgery 3.How can i improve my health 4. How to get fit or sculpture my body 5. How can i prep myself to run 1 mile for my school gym exam quick some examples my answer sometimes are a bit harsh but you'll have to face reality sometimes. can't say I still do now, but i'm trying lol. I'll bite. I work at a YMCA in an average mid-sized city with a surrounding population of maybe 150,000. We are currently in competition against a few city recreation centers, the big fancy gyms like Lifetime and LA Fitness, and smaller places like Planet Fitness. We're a little more expensive than most, less than the real big places. We have about 1,400 memberships and we're looking to grow the facility. We've added amenities and things are clean and we already market with the local newspaper, online email blasts, school flyer handouts, and we offer a variety of free fitness classes and discounts for youth sports. We also have a free program for seniors. What else should I do that gets people in the doors and keeps them as members? What can I do for member retention? Thanks. warmaker : ah good old YMCA has been around for ages, excellent family services. 1. Promotion are always helpful, apply to groupon for a promo deal you be the judge with the pricing. make it irresistible and it wwill bring in the crowd (btw hope your gym has a swimming pool) but yeah, remember there is groupon / yippit etc make an awesome deal like family plan yearly / monthly not sure how you guys roll. 2. Keeping the crowd. when people go to the movie they are consider guest / member (part of a society) store etc = customers) the difference is that customer come and go and guest well they stay awhile for like 1 - 2 + hours. but honestly store or theater they should all be treated as guest. ymca is well known to help empower kids, which they desperately need. I once went to the Y as a small child by myself, mother left me with her co worker son which i didn't get along with. when i was there i was stuck there for 2 hours scared and alone. how do you fix that? one thing is no one saw or spotted my inner feelings. and came to my rescues thus i never returned to the Y lol. New customer will always have trouble fitting in weather they are unsure were to go, shy to ask question, everyone has trouble connecting especially the kids. how do you fix it. Have the most amazing staff, Make sure they are approachable, make sure they have talent to spot a child or adult in stress or confusion. ( normally when they are just standing around staring into space). the main goal is to have them feel comfortable where they are at. if i saw a kid standing around for more then a minute i would approach him and say (here how the conversation would go)(also if your skilled in literature you can tell what he would say so anyways here the example lol) Me "hey i haven't seen you around before are you new?" Him" either would nod or say yes" Me "well whats your name" him" either say something or nothing " Me "don't be scared or shy, what do you like to do for fun" him "he would probably say nothing to nothing frustrating but eh" Me "cmon lets play some badminton etc" just make sure the guest feel at home. connection with the people in the gym is what make it a great place. for example educate kids how to connect with people. Tell them when a new person arrive we might you have take him on a tour or teach him to ropes and introduce him to some people. and make sure everyone knows that when a new person is introduce everyone MUST give him 100% attention calling him out to play, this will help him gain courage quickly. and he will love the Y make personal connection with the staff and the guest. truth is everyone want to go where everyone knows your name. Chewy Dragonrider: there is a secret technique to growing taller a lot of people have asked me and a friend of mines who works for gene-tech( company in medical in south san francisco ) was trying to create a supplement that help kids grow taller, but i told them there was a already a way without pill naturally without surgery and better yet it for all ages. does not matter if your 25 + or 30 + you can gain 4-6 inches just take dedication which a lot of humans seem to lack. so here's the secret Stretching OUT YOUR SPINE spine is the core of your growth it was prove that if your spine increase by half an inch your overall height increase 2 inches. i don't remember what company made a pill to help increase your spine but there is one out there. of course like me i'm all about the natural way so during your life here a list of things you should and should not do starting with should not. 1. Carry heavy stuff while your are growings Male - 0 to 25 Female 0 - 16 or 18 i forget accurately these are the age our body stop to develop back in Asia small feet was consider sexy etc so the female would wrap there feet with bandage to stop them from growing. So do your best not to carry heavy stuff on your back fliting weight is fine when laying on your back such work out as "bench pressing" 2. Milk, milk is bad for you i can tell you that i know you need a source of calcium get it else where,do not drink milk does not help you grow. milk is great for baby until a few years but as 8 years and UP you need to stop. society is brainwashed believing that milk is good for you. it is when your developing but not when your older. more then 50% of american who drink milks get cancer and 50% of america are lactose meaning we aren't even suppose to drink milk why drink from another animal spiece not of our own. i sound it sounds strange but if you sit down and think about it shouldn't we be drinking human milk? why are we drinking a different animal milk. cow have grown to protect themselves from human by evolution, just exactly how rose protect themselves from being eaten by growing thorns. 3. around 10 - 2 am our bodies release toxins, it a way for our body to cleanse themselves and everyone need proper ![]() 4.Stay the hell away from preservatives, good bye mc donald 5. Coffee , smoking , drugs. 6. stress everything is easy to avoid stress is probably the most hardest. but if your like me you can control stress by learning and understanding the world and how things work. be the boss of your stress and you emotion will be easy to control and your'll be more successful in life.
