It's interesting, in my last relationship, we lasted for 2 years, and never once had an argument. Not once. We never fought. Or anything, and if it was an argument it was a playful one. And when we broke up? We both agreed on it, and talked it over and we didn't have a problem with. Does that mean her and I are still friends? No. I still care about her so it's to difficult trying to be friends with a girl that I would see with her new boyfriend. So I pull myself away from that. 

What am I trying to say? 
Well when we were together, we never listened to drama, we stuck to ourselves. Yes we still hung out with people, and people still talked there crap, but we never allowed it to get into our relationship. We communicated. Something bothering us? We talked about it. We were honest with each other. I honestly think the worse thing we ever had was, another guy was flirting with her, and of course as a man, I reacted the way I did, and went nuts. But we talked about it and had communication.

Another thing is, we gave each other personal time. Although we didn't live together, we still saw each other everyday. For the first year, we worked at the same place. The second year, she pretty much lived with me (but didn't). So still seeing each other everyday, we managed to give each other our own space. When we needed to clear our head or what not. We still communicated, but gave time to each other. Difficult to explain.

Last, we had a small saying we always told each other, and believed it with every last word. "Trust, Respect, Communication". It was our saying. 

I hope this helps. But people believe what they want, and that's how it is. We can't change how people think, but we can change how we think. And if you believe for the better. Then nothing can come at you.

I feel like a lot of things fall into this. Me and my ex had arguments constantly.. it was never a time when we were just talking.. he always had something negative to say it seems and frankly I got sick of it. I tried consoling him and giving him the love he needed but he just broke up with me.. and we still are friends to this day but how can he just break up with me with no words. I'm not even kidding one day he just decided he wasn't gonna speak to me. I feel like Trust and Respect are 2 key things you need in a relationship and Communication is KEY!


I feel like when all somebody does is not get along it means you need to really start communicating and figure out what you don't like or do like about that person.Respect and communication is one thing but just automatically never speak to your partner is not acceptable.



I hope this is somewhat interesting it's just one of my stories.
