Really though, math is the only subject that is hard for me and I doubt I will ever be trying to figure out the length of the diagonal of a rectangle. Oh wait that is geometry... Well I guess some of it could be used, but not in things that I want to do. I am not planning on being and engineer or something, where I guess it could be useful. I want to work with computers, where I will almost never need math.

For me, I hate English and especially history but I love math and science. Why? History is just boring in my opinion, I just don't really care or like some old dates that much and as for English, the stories or novels I'm forced to read at school are just boring. Yea. Just a word of advice, if you want to work with computers you're probably going to need to know quite a bit of math (assuming you mean computer engineering or computer programming). It might not always feel like math for your work (depending on what you work on, any kind of game programming or graphics programming involves a ton of traditional math), but you'll almost definitely need to take classes on it. I've taken so many math classes as a computer science major that I'm only two classes away from a minor in mathematics.

I saw your thread where you figured out how to solve the distance between two points in a way that your teacher didn't tell you, and that's exactly the kind thinking that computer programming takes. If your high school ends up offering a programming class, I'd suggest at least looking into it. I feel like you'd be able to do a lot better than you think (I'm not that smart myself, and I've got a few exams and then one more semester before I have a degree in computer science).

But good luck with whatever you end up doing. I know at 14 I had no idea what I'd want to go into (although I did know I was good at math; it was one of the few subjects I actually wanted to learn at the time).

I didn't enjoy a preliminary History class freshman year. The teacher was late and didn't really teach the subject and gave out easy grades. It felt like a waste of time and that's what I hate when it comes to school. If it's a waste of time, I'd rather it be eliminated and the day made shorter. I've posted elsewhere that if study halls and lunch were taken out, I'd be done by 12:30. I'd rather have that and be done for the day than stay till 3.
