Nobody doesnt feel exhaustion. Everybody does.
We have tasks or jobs that wether we like it or not, we must finish it.

What are the things that you do whenever events like that happens in your life?

When I'm done with work I usually crash on the couch and see what's happening on vizzed then I watch a movie. Then I pretty much spend the rest of the day relaxing.

I've been really exhausted during the previous year, because I had 3 courses per day and each one duration was almost 2,5hours.
So, I had to be at university almost for 9 hours! I didn't have time to do anything else.
But during weekends ( Thank's God, I was free even for 2 days), I usually went to the countryside with my best friend(Maria) and we were talking about funny things and that made me feel good and have the strength to start an exhausting week again.
I owe a hage thank's to my friend, she is really a great person. I wish I could do something for her in the future.

When I am exhausted of playing video games and eating , I go back to play video games and eat more junk food.

But after school, and doing all my work, I just go to the Vizz forums, and then sleep. I usually take naps at least everyday to get back my full energy of doing stuff, then I get back to work.

When I am exhausted, I either post on vizzed or sleep... Posting just helps me relax and feel good...

Forsooth(no real reason to use that word, except I really wanted to ), I am usually in a relaxed state. And it takes a lot to exhaust me, physically or mentally.

With regard to the latter, I can't say that I've ever truly felt mentally exhausted. Even after I took the SATs (which are so darn tedious, and for which I did not study at all) I still felt fine. I actually stopped on the way home to buy a book of brainteasers, true story.

Physically, I rarely ever feel true exhaustion. I can be running around like a little kid, literally all day (from waking up until it gets dark) and still usually I have some more energy. Even when I think I feel exhausted, sometimes I surprise myself. But when I do become exhausted, I just like to flop down on whatever happens to be the nearest thing to flop down onto, and just relax there without moving.

And let me clarify something. I'm not talking about exhaustion in reference to lack of sleep, I'm talking about it in the sense of depleting your energy to the point of not wanting to do anything more. I've been plenty tired before, but that's exhaustion of a different sort.

When I've completely exhausted myself I normally just crawl into bed and sleep for twelve hours or so. For mental exhaustion, like what I just went through with my fifteen page historiography, I come on here and post, or most likely, I grab the 360 controller and zone out playing Mass Effect.

When i'm exhausted i either call one of my friends on the phone and relax while talking to them. or just go to one of my friends houses and hangout and relax
