DS games can't be played on Visual Boy Advance. Besides, there isn't a DS section on Vizzed. You'll have to get NO$GBA, which is a DS/GBA emulator that you have to download. It's free, too.

If I understand this is like a question with a very complicated answer..
So in simplest terms I can say it you need to make sprites or use sprites if possible from the 4th-6th gen games and then insert them using unlz-gba which is complicated to do so I recommend watch a tutorial on how to do that.
Do the same for pokemon even though you can't add all so you will have to remove some pokemon to do it and then also change their cries to match.
Next before you do anything you will have to edit every map to somewhat make it close to other pokemon maps which can be complicated due to being different sizes and stuff..
Lastly to get everything else you need to learn quite a bit of scripting for all the stuff needed to make it similar to one of the games.


But after all that all it can be is like a non perfect replica since it is hard to recreate a game to a system before it.
