My favorite Hidden ability is moxie. I favor moxie because you get rewarded attack boost for knocking a Pokemon out and I think that is pretty cool.

I take it you mean abilities that are both Hidden abilities plus abilities that come naturally? Some Pokemon have Moxie as a normal ability for the species. If you mean it like that than my favorite hidden ability would be Contrary. It causes all stat boosts and drops to have the opposite affect. This is pretty useful during battles for moves like Leaf Storm. It makes a move that would normally weaken a Pokemon strengthen it even farther. This leads to some moves being able to both rip through opponents, plus be stronger each time you use it instead of weaker.
