Ask you ANYTHING anything or Megaman anything?

I have an employee who is in her late 20s and has a family with two kids.  We are in sales and we are successful when we work hard.  She's very social and she doesn't do all the work she could be doing.  She isn't well-directed and the few times she gets excited she does really well.  It doesn't always justify her continued employment but she's so hit or miss, it gets frustrating.

How do I rein her in and stop her from being social and refocus her efforts to work instead of fun?

I actually own a lot. A majority of them are old though. I lost quite a few of them, but I still have about 20 PS2 games, maybe 5 DS games, about 4 GameCube games, and 5-6 Wii games. So anywhere between 35 and 40 games would be an accurate total. I only play like 2 of them though, so the rest just idle in my basement.

tgags123 : This one is a pretty tough one. If I had to keep health in mind, I would probably live off of chicken. Chicken is my favorite meat (sorry beef) and I could eat chicken on a daily basis. When made certain ways, chicken can be pretty healthy. Obviously I'd prefer something else to eat with the chicken, but I'd choose chicken over pretty much anything else. I'd choose pasta as a second option though.
