Let us see if this thread idea hasn't been taken. This time I'm asking if you guys ever ate any strange food. The only strange thing I ever ate was paper. Maybe any of you have ate elephant meat or tyres? (And if this thread is in the wrong place, please move it (or if this has been talked about, close it ).

I wouldn't go out on the limb and say that there is a set "weird food", since all cultures are different and have different styles and tastes. But yes, there are opinions, can't argue with that.

I would say it is probably the coolest thing I ate, rather than weird, but probably weird to others. I have a friend who is Indian, and his mom makes some cool pastry sweets covered in edible silver. It doesn't really taste "different"...I don't think there's a defining taste of silver per se, but it certainly has an interesting factor lol. For me at least.

The weirdest thing iv ever eaten are sprouts but not just any sprouts these had been made of plastic or Styrofoam  and bile .....wish I had not tried what was in the box in the fridge ...leave other peoples food alone ......oh and I to have eaten paper as well .....
