A quickie I wrote today about where dreams come from. 

Dreamweavers

In the deepest darkest center of night,
Where’d you’d never go alone-
That is where they roam.

Denizens of darkness with blazing souls,
They have but one honest lit’l goal:
To right the wrongs they’ve done to us
And to make our dreams whole.

Traveling from world to world they go,
Trudging through mud or gliding o’er the snow,
They bring you a personal, private show.

A carnival just for you,
Your favorite colors, ranging from red to orphan blue,
And you have no clue

That every dream in your head
They’ve thought up ahead,
And they come to your bed
Just to give it to you.

Sorrow, fear, laughter, tears,
Every dream their magnum opus.
When the dawn comes and you awake,
For your own sanity’s sake,
They flee,

Because you’re better off not knowing-
It’s too much to bear-
That your own secret melody
Is composed by

Your nightmares.

Dragonlord Stephi : Oh . Sorry . That was more of my thoughts and interpretation than the writer's intention .  So I order in the explanation of the dream . I saw confusion in who or what caused it .  So it was more of my interpretation of zeh poem but what you interpreted was different from my interpretation .
