Yes, I realize I only included Pokémon games that were on Game Boy/NintendoDS but this was only to stay true to my question. I made it so the games were representing every generation. So yeah, my vote is Emerald .

I think my favorite generation is emerald/ruby/sapphire because I spent lots of time on the game and provided me lots of fun!
I also liked it because the new legendary Pokémon and the starters were bad ass!!

How cliché my answer is gonna be
kanto. Like. Wow?? I probably answered that out of nostalgia but seriously!! The first gen games have that really adventurey feel to it and even though the Pokémon weren't that creatively made, there's a bunch of super cute and cool ones!!
