Gamin'Gal : This was the story I told you a while back . It is a little different but it is pretty much the same  


Ok . Chapter 2 of Book 3 . So thanks for all you who keep reading and for those who have just started reading ..... I'll do a link thread which outlines or gives links from Book 1 Chapter 1 ..... all the way to this one right here . So  sit back .... or kick back ... put some music on and get reading ....  Royal Court , England . Mid day : 


 Judge - " Captain Zed . For crimes committed against the crown  , You will face execution , at sea by cement shoes ,  an hour and a half from now . These crimes include , treason , piracy , thievery , wounding ,....... " * Continues to roll down the list of crimes .. He Calls thirteen more till he arrives at  this one *  " And last , breaking and entering . My , you have a very long list here sir . " 
Zed - " Well actually I did not break anything . I just entered . With my sword . No breaking .... more of a cutting and slicing . Is there a charge for cutting and slicing ? " 
Judge - * Looks in Judging book * " No there isn't . But there should and will be thanks to you " 
Zed - " Ha ! I invented a new crime . Hey could you guys not be so dramatic with the me dying and all ? I mean just poor the cement one my feet , let it dry , then throw me in the sea to drown . There is no need for the powdered wigs and other things that get your fancies tickled . " 
Judge- " For a man facing death in an hour and a half ... you seem to be in a  calm state of mind "
Zed - " People live , they die , and they do everything in between . Everyone has there time when the start pushing up daisies so to speak .  Lets not make mine too big . " 
Judge - " Guards . The shoes ... " 





 The guards escorted Zed in handcuffs to a chair where he has forced to sit down . His feet were put in a wooden bucket that was about 3 feet tall and a diameter of 2 feet long . An executioner carried a borrow filled with wet cement and poured it in the bucket with Zed's feet .  After about one hour the cement dried and solidified on Zed's feet . He was then carried to a ship . Then he was put on the ship still in handcuffs and put on a chair ...... 



 The North  Atlantic Ocean above the Island of what is now called Bermuda ( UK ) aboard an English ship . 





 The ship was over a deep enough body of water for the captain to drown in .  He was put out on a plank that extended from the main deck of the ship . Twas what we know as " walking zeh plank " . The ship's anchor was on its right side and so was the plank . 


Executioner - " Captain Zed . You are sentenced to drown by means of .... " 
Zed - * Interrupts *  " Didn't we do this already in court ?  Just cut the plank so I can drown already . " 




A saw was brought out and the plank was starting to be sawed . When the saw has halfway through the plank broke due to the excess wait of the cement and Zed fell perilously to the surface of water , proceeding downward . to the murky deapths of drenched darkness . On his way down he moved his feet towards the direction of the anchor . The man continued to sink to the sea bed . Luckily again ... he had a plan or means of escape . When the anchor was being raised he hooked the empty space between his feet to the anchor . So whilst the anchor ascended he was raising with it . But he was upside down . He hands were free through . They threw you in with your hands free so that you would struggle to swim but ultimately drown . 



Executioner - " Finally . Now England has one less pirate to worry about . That was some nice plank cutting by the way Frank " 
Executioner Frank - " Thanks . Took some practice but I finally got it down . Hey how long is the anchor chain ? It takes forever to rise . " 
Executioner - " I don't know . Maybe ... 40 feet or so " 


So the executioners walked off to another part of the ship but Zed was directly behind them brought up with the anchor and since the anchor rose over the deck of the ship ... he was visible and could be seen if the executioner turned around . Zed put his hands on the deck unhooked his feet .  But before he could become right side up again someone's voice could be heard coming on the deck had to stay on his hands . He hand walked backwards into a corner so he could hide . But the man continued to walk in his direction . When he realize that the captain was still alive Zed swung his feet still with cement on the at the man's head , knocking him out . Zed then took the man's sword and gun ..... then started picking away at the cement .  

Zed - " Sorry Mate . Just needed you to keep your mouth shut . Now only if this bloody cement could just somehow melt . But the sword will have to do " 

 The captain continued chipping away till he was completely free of cement . 




Zed - " Finally . Now to find a boat . * Turns around and sees a lifeboat *  " That will do . " 


 The captain then got in the boat and took the knocked out man with him . Did not want to leave any evidence . After they were both comfortably situated inside , he used his sword to cut the rope that bound it to the side of the ship . The boat and him inside if fell in the deep blue. When the crew on board came to look what made the thud ... the captain flipped the boat over .so he was not visible underneath it . The men did not see the body that Zed took or Zed himself and wondered how the boat was transported in the water . 


Frank - " Should we retrieve it captain ? " 
Captain - " No . We have more just like it . Now back to England to deliver the news to he King that the bane of England and probably all of Europe ... has been executed . " 


Since the boat was hallow air was present in the cavity . When Zed peaked up his head to check if the ship was gone ... and was sure of it .. he flipped the boat back over . He left the body in the water though . 



Zed - " Sorry again mate . But this is chartered for one . Oh wait . You can't hear me because your probably drowning and your lungs are being filled up with water . Is it ok to talk to myself ? ...... Yeah it is  . Not like anyone is around to hear me because then I wouldn't talk to myself " 



  The captain then started to row towards the Bahamas and to the island where he told Amy , Roger and the crew to meet him
