Ok . So I have been wondering about a certain character's name Tenten . Is Tenten  her full name ? Or is Ten her first name and Ten her last name ? And if Tenten is her full name then what is her last name ? Please answer

My understanding is that her full name is Tenten.

Her last name may be Ten, but we may never know, as Tenten has the least backstory of any character in the Narutoverse. There are filler characters with more backstory known. This hasn't changed in the later editions of the manga, which seems to be drawing to its finish.

The series may well end without another word about Tenten or her heritage.

However, if you are into it, I hear that some fanfictions try to give her backstory, as well as declaring a clan or name for her.

Of course, that's all creative design, and is in no way canon.
