“Dude! Wake up, you’re going to be late.” Goodboy screamed as he banged on his brothers door. “The ceremony begins In an hour, so you have to hurry!”

Tgags123 slowly rolled out of his bed and looked at his alarm clock. It was now 11 AM, he barely had any time to get ready so he pulled on some clean clothes and burst out his door into the hallyway.

“Finally, you’re up. I would have been able to drive you to the town center if you woke up on time, but now you will have to go on your own.”

“I know,” Tgags123 responded, “Being the champion means that you have to head straight to the Tower. That’s okay though; you go and battle to keep your title.”

“Don’t worry, I will. I will keep it ready for the day you become strong enough and challenge me… Thanks for understanding” he added and then walked out of the house.

Tgags123 made himself a small sandwich and ran out into the rain. The ground was now soaking wet and it was very foggy, but Tgags123 wound his way through the streets towards the center.

CRASH

“Hey! Watch it! You had better keep an eye on where you walk, just because it’s raining and all fogged up does not give you a right to bump into people.”

Tgags123 had just run into Pray75. He is one of the richest kids in the region, his dad owns the Pokemon Center, the Department Store, and the day care of this town.

“Sorry!” Tgags123 said but then took off again down the road, the ceremony begins in 10 minutes and there was no way he was going to miss it.

Just then, his phone rang. He looked at the screen to see that one of his friends was calling him. He put the phone up to his ear and began to speak into it.

“Hey, are you at the ceremony already? Please don’t tell me that I missed anything.”

“I am right behind you running down the road,” KiyokoNee whispered into the phone, out of breath. “Slow down just a bit so I can catch up to you.”

Tgags123 looked back and sure enough, she was just a couple blocks behind him. Through all the fog, he would have never known it was her if she had not called him. The two of them ran off toward the Center, making it there just as the Professor was giving his opening speech.

The ceremony, which had to take place indoors lasted an hour and a half, but it was worth it, because both Tgags123 and KiyokoNee left the ceremony with a brand new Torchic as their partners. Chewedmint, another one of their friends, was just as excited because he had received a Mudkip.

“We have our own pokemon now,” said Chewedmint. “What should we do? I want to record some of the best battles, but I don’t know where to start.”

“We can start with the Osmium City Gym,” said KiyokoNee. “My sister is the gym leader there and I have always dreamed of challenging her.

So the three of them agreed to head off for Osmium City, they were about to head off for Route One when Tgags123 heard somebody call his name.

“I’m not done with you,” It was Pray75. “I just got myself a Cyndaquil and it’s been dying for a battle.”

The rain had begun to fall harder now, and a flash of lightning streaked across the sky.

“All right,” said Tgags123. “This will be a good way to start off our journey. Lets battle.”

Can I please be an a story if you make another. If you do, thank you very much, and I would like to start out with tepig.

minecraftmaniac : If you want, you can go to the official Pokemon Battle pages and you can play the game there. So far, I believe we have 12 or so people, but we can always get some more.

zanderlex : can you make a link to where I can play it, because I am not sure if it is in the retro game room. Thank you, but how does it work. Do I tell you my progress in the game, or do you look at my progress somehow, etc.

minecraftmaniac : It's not like an actual game, it is one of those forum games. In the Pokemon Forum, there is a thread called Pokemon Battle. All you do is pick a pokemon and you attack other members. Like in the real games, you can travel, get badges, catch pokemon, and do just about everything. All you have to do to get started is make a post saying what your starter pokemon is.

Nobody got any badges yet, but we already have a few trainers who have level 10 pokemon by now, so you would not be too far. We even have a Pokemon Battle Support Thread where people can buy items with Viz and send them to trainers, such as pokemon, and other items. The trainers can buy them too, but have to pay an extra 10 percent.

That also happens to be the most powerful thread I have, there have been well over a hundred posts and I believe over two thousand views, so it's getting quite popular.

Really nice! I like how I was put into it as busy at the tower. But I do have a suggestion. Shouldn't I be at the Tower, and it should be faraway, like most champions? Or maybe it could be close, but I'm just really busy? I don't mind how it's going, but just for realism, you know?

goodboy : Well, you are the Champion, so odds are you already learned Fly. So for you, it's only an hour or so flight to the tower. There is a rule (Which has a major role later on) that if the champion is absent from their post for 10 days, they are no longer the champion. And of course, you couldn't deal with the sadness that would arise if you were to leave your brother alone forever. (Don't you remember when your parents were brutally murdered? Where you really going to just leave him?)

Anyway, episode three comes out in just a few minutes, this is where some of the drama starts.

Anyway nice start to his journey and cool touch making his brother the champion.
I wonder if that will be a good thing or bad thing in the future when he battles him.

Got it. So I flew with the Pokemon I discussed with you that we shall not name to the Tower, and I come home every night to check on him due to our late parents.

goodboy : Yes.

tgags123 : I can drop you from the game and give all your assets to other players. But are you sure you don't want to be in the story either? About 70 percent of this has nothing to do with the game. Two of the other main characters haven't been replying either. You could still be involved as the character and not do anything at all, everything will be made up. But only if you are okay with that.

You seem pretty popular, and I'm sure having you as a character still would make the story better. (You should have seen the look on goodboy's face when he learned you were his brother, he was crying.) So do you still want to be dropped from both, or just from the game?

zanderlex : Yes, I will stay in as a character. goodoy wants me to, so why not? Also, do I get to choose who to give my stuff to or are you going to do it? Because give it to goodboy if I have a choice.

tgags123 : I ahve to give everything to multiple people to give it fair, but I do plan on giving some stuff to him.

Ha! This actually sounds exactly like what I would do normally (running late and finding ways to scrape by.)

when are you gonna make the next installment?

Mecha Leo : Episode 6 and pnward won't be coming out for another month or two, I have a lot of stuff to do for the holidays, but I do have the next 10 or so episodes planned out. Such as the outline and what will happen, and who will be in it. Like the part when tgags123 and D'Zed are fighting on top of the high speed train a hundred feet above the ocean with pasengers falling out after D'Zed blasts out some of the cards with his pokemon.
