The Genesis emulator is temporairily removed due to license issues, no idea when it will be up again.
The GBC games should work fine, there are 2 emulators to try, JavaBoy Emulator and Vizzed AEPgb Emu, have you tried both?

If you have and they still don't work you probally need to install / update Java.
Go to http://www.java.com/ click "Do I have Java?" and then click the "Download Java Now" button if it shows up.
The games should work fine with up to date Java.
