All you have to do is upload your video file in the program and convert it to any format (preferably MP4) and then you're good to go.

Well, if you saved your video into an AVI folder, and if you have Windows Media Player or a different video player, you can watch your recorded videos by double clicking on the AVI file video you want to watch.  This is another way to watch videos, I put this cause' this is how I watch my videos.
