What was the hardest boss fight you've ever had in a video game?
 
For me so far it was Talos from Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. I haven't even gotten to Sergei yet, still can't get enough points to get to him.

Sephiroth is the bomb.com! My favorite villain in the Final Fantasy series. I actually do not think he is all too hard in Kingdom Hearts, but he sure is difficult. 

Mike Tyson was annoying to beat in "Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!"...got very frustrated trying to beat him. Another one was Psycho Mantis in "Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes". Turning invisible, making you switch controller ports... what. the. heck.

First one that comes to me is Metal Gear REX from Metal Gear Solid.
Took me FOREVER to beat him, and don't even get me started on the jeep chase afterwards.
Although... I went back to play through the game again and I beat him on my first try, without the body armor, only using 1 ration. Huh.

The hardest boss is Mike Tyson from the original Punch-Out. If he hit you once it's an automatic KO for you. It takes 6 knockouts to actually win, but you would have to punch him like 15 times to knock him out.

For me, I would have to chose between Mike Tyson in Mike Tyson's punch out! Or the Emperor bulblax in pikmin one. I would honestly have to chose the emperor bulblax because he actually managed to swallow fifty of my pikmin in one gulp. You can only have one hundred out anyway. It would take me hours to finally defeat him.

For me it would be Sun Star in Mega Man V for game boy. Sun Star is tough he can turn into a buzz saw, destroy the floor under neath you, and he has that move were he can cause lasers to rain down on you taking half of your life bar. Very tough boss. I usually have to use a few E tanks with him. 

A close second would be Sigma in Mega Man X3, his hit box is very small and he only has one weak spot. You have to climb on the wall hit his weak point. While at the same time you have to dodge his lasers and missals he fires at you.

I have trouble battling any of the main bosses in Persona 4 Golden, it’s just so tough. Normally, if I am lucky, or if I go on a training rampage before the battle, I have to fight the same boss 4 or 5 times before I beat them.

I would have to say Browser from most of the Mario games.. I really enjoyed playing them but it was like the bosses were hard for me.. I finally got more experience with it though.
