I guess you'll have the biggest say-so, silver, since you decided to return after 4 months of inactivity.

Do you plan on having a revival in the chat room? Are all the rest of your 'regulars' coming back? I'd be willing to pay you a very decent amount of Viz for the forum if you don't want it anymore.  And just to be clear, I'd donate to get more Viz if my current amount doesn't entice you at all.  Plus, there are a few others (including rcarter2) who are willing to endorse a decent amount of Viz for a forum.

I assume you mean Innocent Town (Which I really have no place selling) and SOS Brigade (Which I don't know why I'm a mod there, ask Mega). But, see, if you want a forum for that, why don't you use the existing forum that could use the activity, is already set for what you're looking for, and wouldn't cost you anything?

We don't want to use that forum. It gets plenty of activity (where have you been?) lol.... but mostly the kids use it. We want a forum EXCLUSIVELY for teachers where we can talk about teacher-y things.... not what you had for school lunch, how long it takes to get to classes, or which classes you hate the most. lol

I think that not adding any more rented forums is a good idea just because it's flooded with things that don't REALLY need their own forum. As it stands, what you're wanting really is still covered by the Schools forum. On the other hand, there isn't anything else that properly covers what this forum was made for. The forums should be able to cover a wide variety of things, and you're personally labeling the school forum as being to immature. Just make yourselves a subforum for what you want, and then it doesn't really matter what the other topics are.
