Ok, this time, this isn't TDV bait. I really want serious answers. I was just sitting on chair while I was on vizzed and suddenly my knees just fell in to extreme pain. And I didn't get myself hurt nor did I trip on something before. Could it be from sitting down so much? I even got up and walked around a little and it still hurts. Anyone possibly knows why? Also, if this thread begins to get repetitive or spammy answers, I will summon the mods to close it because I am actually serious now. Thank you so much.

That used to happen to me as well, when I sat down for long periods of time. I don't think it would happen anymore if you frequently stand up, stretch your legs, walk around etc. However, if it persists, you might want to see a doctor, just to be on the safe side.

One part of my knee hurts a lot for some reason too! And that part has flabby skin. It's weird when random pain happens to your body. Try walking around. You've been posting a lot. And I sit cross-legged on my chair!

As they have said before me, maybe your knee hurts because you have been sitting too much time, that also can be a signal that you're lacking exercise (not saying that you do but that's what I've heard) so maybe doing at least a small routine of exercises daily would help relieve the pain, it doesn't need to be anything too harsh or strict, just some warm-ups may be enough. Also your sitting position may cause pain so you should check if you take a good position while sitting.

If the pain persist you should go to the doctor and see what's wrong.

It could be due to growth pain. Whenever I Get growth pain my knee's start to hurt or become stiff. So maybe your growing. Your not exactly supposed to stop growing up in height range until your like 18 from what I know.
