Spoofing but Not Quite Spoofing 'Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder'

Warning:

The piece you’re about to read is nothing but nonsense. I was high on fun (and possibly too much coffee) and had a moment of insanity due to said high on fun. It was out of that insanity that this piece was born. Please, this is not to be taken seriously. As far as I know, no reader was harmed during the making of this hub (maybe with the exception of Isaac White—he was present when my insanity, which was disguised as giddiness, took hold).

This piece is rated for "P.I" (Possible Insanity)

So, I was just thinking about one of my earlier (“You Know My Life Is Pathetic When…) that I wrote a couple of months ago and I realized that not only it might come off as pathetic—hence the title—but it might come off as stupid. People might think about how sad and pathetic I might be. Others will think I’m stupid for having such a stupid video game fantasy. Well, when you got a guy that looks like Jin Kazama from the Tekken series—all buff and shirtless—how can a single woman, who is a geek, resist a man (okay, a virtual man) who looks like that? We all have our fantasies and there’s nothing wrong with that. We’re all adults here, for goodness sakes…at least, I think we are. Aren’t we?

*looks at the audience*

Well, adults or not, we have our guilty pleasures and I just choose to partake in fantasies that are either anime or virtual reality. Stupid, you say? Perhaps. Everything to people my age (ranging in their early to mid-twenties) is stupid. I must admit that I’m part of that group that thinks everything that sounds stupid is stupid. This and this is stupid and that and that is stupid…etc. Maybe this hub is stupid. That’s probably true to some people, but I am not one of those people. After all, I am the one who created this hub, did I not? That is correct! Stupidity is in the eye of the beholder.
