Forgive me for the capitals in the thread title, but this is sort of urgent.

Just wondering is the Network RPG Maker 2000 download on https://www.vizzed.com/RPGMaker/ functional?
The download pops up but says it's a HTM file.

If I download & change the filename to a .ZIP should it work correctly?
If not please post an alternative link.
