I tend to agree with option 2 as well.
I dont really care who is playing what.

You could also sort it 3 ways.
At the top, anyone not playing a game, then below that, active members playing games, then below that, inactive members playing games.

If it sounded like that, than sorry but it's not the case. I just figured that we never let a decision like this end when one option has 3 votes, just figured it'd make more sense to get more opinions. I could care less which option gets picked but I just wanted more opinions.

Option 1 would be easier to code and less strain on the database (but not by much) but Option 2 does seem more convenient the more I think about it. Also I liked Dark Hyren's suggestion to, that was sorta like the best of both Option 1 and Option 2.
