Totally Rad is the definition of "sleeper hit" (though not quite to the extent of Mr Gimmick) and is an action platformer on the  NES that controls pretty well and is presented with some nice colorful parallax scrolling graphics and MASSIVE bosses. "Totally Rad" or in Japan known as "Magic John" takes you through side scrolling and vertically scrolling stages that feel very similar to Megaman (Especially when gaining new abilities after each end stage), Though admittedly Totally Rad doesn't feel new or fresh it does have a certain charm that lies within it's candy colored visuals and fun Megamanish  gameplay.Check it out
