I was adding games in the VGR to my collection & had a question. 

One of the games does come in its original case but it doesn't have its instruction book with it. The other does have its instruction book with it but it's not in its original case but in an old DVD case. Would these games be considered loose or complete?

I think it would be classed  as loose, since it doesn't come with the case/instruction booklet. You need those for a complete game, I think.
