the Best Grass Starter Pokemon I'd have to say would be Bulbasaur because it evolves faster than the other ones and it learns new moves faster than the others not to mention that it has great resistance when it reaches level 100!!! much greater than the others once you finish training Bulbasaur, but long after that , all that you can mainly do with it is breed it with Ditto and get another Bulbasaur egg you have to hatch with the same stats and moves but not level!

I picked bulbasaur, can't beat the classics but i also like venesaur so that is part of it as well.
