Today was my first day going to work from the new place, so I spent some time walking to the train station station that was near the mall instead of the one by me so I could time the walk and get something from Dunkin Donuts. Just made it to work a little while ago and while I work I'll be working on my site and posting here and there.

Right now just relaxing and playing some demo discs. Did ate some lobster Mac and cheese earlier and it was rather delectable to say the least. I'm a meteorologist so I'm currently looking at weather models and making my forecasts. There are two storm systems I'm watching. The first one could cause severe weather in parts of the South. The second one could bring winter weather or a chilly rain to the south. Next week most of the US will be having very cold temperatures.

I'm not going to lie I'm also competing in Tour de Vizzed which has been fun and competitive.

Dealing with a massive cold that has left me two days stranded at home, feeling uncomfortable and fatigued.

Yesterday I had such a painful headache that I was almost dizzy trying to walk around my home. So basically I'm medicating against both the cold and the headache, and trying to heat up my home so I stop having chills every time I take a step.

I have interesting plans for the weekend, so I hope I can deal with this quickly. Right now I feel much better and in good spirits, so I'll spend some time here and try to entertain myself to lighten up my mood.

Competing in TdV, I was a little late to the competition today, I'm usually on by 12:00 PM, I should've been on earlier, well I guess it'll be easier to find posts to reply to, yesterday I was desperate looking for Threads, I was hoping to find some, and I was able to.

I'm also looking at the weather because I heard that I was supposed to get 5-10 Inches of snow! I'm excited, for the first big snow this Winter!

I also need to put some towels in the wash, got to go now.

Well I'm not an NFL watcher so I'm keeping track of the box scores on twitter(I will NOT call it X), and trying to create some kind of scenario on twitter for a #TwitterTrendsAgainstHumanity post

I'm not sure I'll watch the Super Bowl, maybe if the CRTC didn't interfere with the tv feed, I wouldn't have a problem (I would normally tune in for the commercials)

I was unboxing a board game I got gifted in New Year's. Yep, life's been so hectic I never got time to even test it.

I've been like 2 hours trying to get everything ready, understanding the rules and everything. Not a game that can be played anywhere because of space, but definitely one I want to try.

Went back to the computer for a short while to talk to a few friends that knew I had this game, and after this I'll go make dinner while I get everything back to the box.

EX Palen : I know it has been about a month but I hope that you are feeling back to normal now. Did it end up being a cold or did you end up having Covid? I know when I have had Covid in the past I was super tired and had a headache, it seems like they have very similar symptoms.

I am about to take a bubble bath here in a bit and get packed for a church youth retreat I am helping to chaperone this weekend, looking forward to it!

Right now I'm spending the night as I can while planning a night of leisure. I already had some of it yesterday, but after my best friend had his plans for today cancelled we decided to go for round 2, though this time we won't be doing the campaign but rather other games. Been a while since we 3 did something else, the campaign has kept us busy and focused on it.

I'm trying to see if another friend can join us and make it a party for 4, which would be nice.
