I don't know if you guys have ever had a clear worst day of your life but I know I have and it was today...
What was the worst day of your life?

My worst day would probably be the day my grandma died about 3 years ago.  I was really close to her and she was my last living grandparent.

The worst day of my life is whenever a family member passes away. My Grandpa died when I was so young, I barely remember him. Then in 2004, my other Grandpa passed away from lung cancer on the day before my birthday. A few months later, my mother passed away from brain tumors. She was probably the most courageous person I ever knew. She was actually diagnosed with cancer back in 1999 and was given a few months to live. She fought it for five years before passing.

Now, in 2013, I got my first job and my Grandma was so proud of me. The story here is that she had been ill since late November of last year. She was in and out of the hospital for two or three months before passing away on March 25th, which was my 19th birthday. The last time I talked to her was the previous day; she made sure to tell me happy birthday even if it was a day early. I also had to work the next day on my birthday. It was a tough day for me, but I stayed stone-faced and grinded it out.

I know death is inevitable, but it's still hard to go through that (several times), especially at such a young age. There's a saying I think about all the time. "You never know what you have until you lose it." I can apply this quote to many things that have happened in my life. It is most definitely true.

My worst day was when my grandpa died when I was young. The second one was when I was about to die!

Worst day for me is the day I about drowned at the pool. My friend saved me, thank god he is by my side almost all the time.
