I cant find how to put a picture on my account. I looked in the help center and it said that I cant post picture of things only if it was from this site (I have no idea what that means). But anyways, I cant find the thing in the Profile and settings place. If you can help you get 1 Viz. Thanks for taking you time to read,

If you mean an avatar picture, then you click on the 'Edit Profile & Settings' on the upper left corner of the page. However, you need to first become a member on the site. In order to become a member, you need to make 10 posts and wait 8 days. Otherwise, you can't put an avatar picture if you're still a newbie.
